Shipping & Delivery
• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Customized 
jewellery may take 7-10 business days to craft before shipping.
• Shipping Time: Once dispatched, delivery takes:
• Within India: 5-7 business days
• International Shipping: 10-20 business days (depending on location and 
customs processing)
• Shipping Charges:
• India: Free shipping on orders above ₹1000. A standard shipping fee applies 
to orders below ₹1000.
• International: Shipping charges vary based on destination and will be 
calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your 
package in real time.
Delays & Issues
• Unforeseen delays due to weather, courier issues, or customs are beyond our 
control, but we will assist you in tracking your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages
• If your package arrives damaged, please take pictures and contact us within 48
hours of delivery.
• If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue or  
offer a replacement/refund as per our policy.
